By Placing An Order On unisourceprint.com, You Agree To The Following Terms:
- Design Online
While UnisourcePrint.com takes every precaution to avoid errors, we are not responsible for any typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on projects designed by the customer using our online Design Tool. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly proofread their design. By submitting your design, you confirm that all information is accurate and ready for production. No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors resulting from the customer’s failure to proofread the final design before printing. - Critical Color Information
UnisourcePrint.com uses a printing method known as “Gang-Run Printing,” which allows us to offer affordable, full-color printing by combining multiple jobs on the same print run. This shared production process helps reduce overall costs for our customers. While we guarantee that all prints will meet CMYK industry standards, exact color matching—such as “match-print” fidelity—cannot be guaranteed, and slight color variations may occur throughout the order. Because monitor displays vary, we cannot ensure that your printed colors will match what you see on your screen. Additionally, UnisourcePrint.com is not responsible for color shifts in images submitted in RGB format, especially those containing black, near-black, or gray tones. Any concerns regarding those tones should be addressed before submitting files. Please note that proofs do not guarantee final color output for black, near-black, or gray areas. The application of UV coating may also affect or alter the appearance of printed colors. UnisourcePrint.com is not responsible for final color variations on UV-coated products. - Quotations/Estimates
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be changed. - Payment Terms
Payment must be made before we begin any order. If changes are needed after the order is placed, we typically cancel the original order, issue a refund, and create a new one with the updated details to ensure accuracy and avoid billing confusion. - Orders
UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to upgrade the coating or quantity of any product at no additional cost, except for mailer pieces or where otherwise specified in the product details or special instructions. We also reserve the right to refuse any print job at our sole discretion if the content is deemed inappropriate or known to be illegal. UnisourcePrint.com is not responsible for any damages arising from the unintentional violation of copyright laws or the unlawful use of trade names or slogans. By submitting materials for printing or publication, the client confirms that they hold the legal rights to all content provided. - Flyer Tagging
UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to include a tag such as “Printed by UnisourcePrint.com” on printed materials unless the customer requests its removal at the time the order is placed. A fee may apply if you choose to exclude this tag from your flyer. Please note, tags will never be applied to business cards or orders placed through reseller accounts. - Current Specials
To receive discounts offered through UnisourcePrint.com’s current specials, you must enter the appropriate promotion code at the time of ordering. Discounts will not be applied retroactively if a promo code is omitted. By participating in promotional offers, you agree to join our mailing list (if you’re not already subscribed) and authorize UnisourcePrint.com to include a promotional tag on your printed flyer (see Section 4), unless you are a reseller or other arrangements have been made. Specials are available only to eligible customers and are subject to change at any time. - Cancellations
Due to the fast turnaround times at UnisourcePrint.com, orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once an order reaches “Pre-Press” status, it can no longer be canceled. If the job is already in production, you may request to have it discarded, and we will refund the shipping cost only. - General Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the job has not entered production. Once an order is in process, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date will be issued as a coupon code for the full amount, which can be applied to future purchases. - Credit Card Forced Refund/Chargeback Policy
At UnisourcePrint.com, we work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied and encourage you to reach out to us directly with any concerns or issues. By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact UnisourcePrint.com first and allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback. UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks by providing documentation of services rendered and proof of the customer’s agreement to these terms and conditions. - Store Credit
We do not issue store credits; only discount coupons are offered. - Accuracy of Specifications
Quotes are based on the specifications provided by the customer. UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to revise a quote upon submission if the artwork does not match the original details used to generate the estimate. By placing an order, the client confirms that all information is accurate and that no additional terms or agreements exist outside of what is submitted with the order. - Liability
UnisourcePrint.com’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price paid by the customer for any defective product. Under no circumstances shall UnisourcePrint.com be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits. We warrant that all products meet industry standards and are free from material defects in workmanship. This warranty expressly replaces all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No statement or action by UnisourcePrint.com, its employees, officers, or agents shall be interpreted as creating any additional warranty. - Governing Law and Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including any alleged breach, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at the time. Arbitration will take place in Homestead, Florida, and will be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and accompanied by a written explanation. There shall be no right of appeal. Judgment on the arbitrator’s decision may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction, or a party may apply to such court for judicial acceptance and enforcement of the decision. The prevailing party in any enforcement proceeding shall be entitled to recover all related costs, fees, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, from the party against whom enforcement is sought. All arbitration costs and fees shall be borne by the non-prevailing party, as determined by the arbitrator. - Indemnification
The customer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to produce all materials ordered from UnisourcePrint.com. If any claim, demand, arbitration, or legal action (collectively referred to as a “Claim”) is brought against UnisourcePrint.com arising from or related to the customer’s content—whether alleging that the printed materials: (a) infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights; or (b) contain libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content—the customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold UnisourcePrint.com harmless. This includes, but is not limited to: (1) defending UnisourcePrint.com against such Claims; (2) covering any resulting judgments or settlements; and (3) reimbursing UnisourcePrint.com for all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with the Claim. - Electronic Manuscripts/Images
It is the client’s responsibility to retain copies of all original files, artwork, and media. UnisourcePrint.com is not liable for any loss or damage to materials provided by the client, nor for errors contained in client-supplied artwork. Until we have reviewed and evaluated digital files, we make no guarantees regarding compatibility or our ability to process them, and we assume no responsibility for issues that may arise. Any additional work required to translate, edit, or prepare client-supplied files for production will be billed at our current rates. UnisourcePrint.com does not archive files beyond the completion of the final product—please be sure to back up your work. - Alterations/Corrections
All client changes or instructions must be clearly entered in the order details section on our website. We do not accept changes over the phone or via email, as submitting changes through the website ensures a clear paper trail and helps prevent any misunderstandings. - Prepress Proofs
When ordered by the customer, unisourceprint.com will submit color proofs for the customer's review and approval for a fee of $100. A minimum shipping charge of $25 is required to send a proof via express air shipping.To request a proof you must order it through the website shopping cart system when placing your print order. Proofs must be returned to unisourceprint.com marked "O.K." or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the customer. Until the proof is returned, no additional work will be performed. unisourceprint.com will not be responsible for undetected production errors if:- Proofs are waived by the client;
- The work is printed per the client's written OK;
- Requests for changes are communicated verbally.
All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid mistakes.
- Color Proofing
Due to differences in equipment, paper, ink, and other variables between color proofing and actual press production, a reasonable variation in color—commonly referred to as a “pleasing color”—should be expected. Such variations, as determined by industry-standard practices, are considered acceptable and do not constitute a production error. - Overruns/Underruns
Industry standard allows for a variance of plus or minus 10% in the final quantity. If receiving a minimum quantity is critical, we recommend ordering additional units to account for the possibility of an underrun. - Shipping
- Claims
If you have an issue with the final product—such as color, trimming, or other defects—you must submit a claim via email. Please include digital proofs clearly showing the problem and explaining the reason for your claim. Once reviewed and approved, your order will be reprinted and placed in the next available production schedule. - Right to Subcontract
UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to subcontract any portion of the work to a third-party vendor. - Workmanship Guarantee

Any information collected by UnisourcePrint.com through order processing or customer inquiries is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties. Your information is used solely for contact, billing, shipping, and notification of current specials. - Samples
UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to use your printed products for samples or advertising purposes. - Billing
Our name will appear on your credit card statement as “unisourceprint.com” or “Unisource Print Inc.” - Billing Penalties
There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks - Inkjet Proofs
Inkjet and laser prints often differ significantly from offset printing. To provide fast turnaround and low prices, we print to a “pleasing color” standard using standard ink densities. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the final printed piece will exactly match your printed proof. Variations can occur due to differences in output devices such as inkjet printers, continuous tone proofers, and film-based proofs. - Changes to our Terms & Conditions Policy
UnisourcePrint.com reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Unless otherwise stated, all changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
