Unisource Print Inc. Guarantee

We stand behind our printed products. If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match the specifications of your order, we will provide one of the following remedies:

• Reprint with rush production, or
• Full refund of the original order price.

To request a reprint or refund, contact us through our Contact Us page within six (6) business days of receiving your order. Include photographs or digital proofs clearly showing the issue.

This guarantee does not cover customer-supplied errors, design changes, incorrect information, improper bleeds, damaged artwork, incorrect specifications, customer-caused shipping problems, or orders canceled after entering production.

Color shifts from CMYK conversion, RGB or Pantone files, monitor differences, proofs, paper, ink, or normal gang-run printing are not considered defects. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
